"In October 2020 , our dream took shape under the name of
Lapantouflebio . We wanted to create an ethical and ecological alternative to the often harmful practices of the textile industry.
After several years of R&D , our first winter 2020/2021 collection is born. And it's more than 500 pairs sold in a few months. The brand then becomes Caussün , This is the translation of chausson in Provençal .
Today we have recruited and sold over 20,000 pairs .
Caussün is a French brand of totally eco - designed slippers , handcrafted in Portugal using natural and/or recycled materials (virgin wool from Ardèche, felt made from recycled plastic bottles, cork, organic cotton, recycled mattress foam, etc.).
At Caussün, we don’t just create slippers; we build a more respectful and conscious future .”
